For a long time, we have provided top-notch customer support via email and telephone, but using either of these to try to manage a business as well as providing technical support makes it difficult to maintain quick turnaround times on our customer projects. Hence, we have implemented a bug tracking solution into our website for our existing customers to use and abuse as they wish! |
